Their previous match against each other was an absolute run-fest and DC ended up winning the match with a score of 228/4. DC, the table topper, will look to consolidate its place while KKR will look to distance itself from the chasing pack.

Kolkata Knight Riders: KKR was humbled by the bowlers of RCB in their last outing but the captain Eoin Morgan did not disappoint. The now captain had also scored well in the first match against DC (44 off 18) and might continue to play well. Lockie Ferguson has proved that he is a key player by scalping crucial wickets and also came in handy when the team needed runs.

Delhi Capitals: DC has become the best out of all the teams so far and has good players like Shikhar Dhawan, who has made 2 centuries so far and was named the Man of the match in their last outing, Prithwi Shaw, who had scored 66 runs off 44 deliveries the last time these teams faced each other, and their bowling attack consisting of Kagiso Rabada (the lead wicket taker) is their weapon.

Last time the teams faced each other, SRH had won by a massive 69-run margin and will look to win again and jump up to the 4th spot. KXIP have had an exciting turnaround and will walk into the match with their eyes set on a crucial victory.

Kings XI Punjab: After beating the top teams, KXIP is on its way up all thanks to: The captain KL Rahul holds the record of highest number of runs so far (540) and is the most important player of the team. Both Nicholas Pooran and Chris Gayle have been amazing us with their stellar batting and might continue the same form while Mohammed Shami might be the biggest threat to the batsmen.

Sunrisers Hyderabad: Manish Pandey set the field on fire scoring 83 runs off 47 balls and might be in the same spirits tonight. Jonny Bairstow, David Warner, Kane Williamson might assume their destructive forms and score big runs for the team. Rashid Khan’s ability to scalp wickets and bowling without leaking runs is phenomenal and might scare the batsmen in the opponent’s camp.

Looks like a promising start to the weekend.
