India to play 3 T20Is and 3 Tests against South Africa from 15th of September

Ind vs SA 2019 PayTM Series

After a spectacular victory against West Indies in their Home Region, India is now ready to play a Paytm series against South Africa in India. South Africa will be touring in India playing T20 and Test matches in various venues across the country. The series will begin on 15th September and will continue till 23rd of October 2019. This will be the first series after India’s encounter with South Africa in the World Cup.

India is doing a victory lap after they have clean-swept a series against West Indies. The team is on a happy high and full of confidence and is all ready to face South Africa in South Africa tour of India. Indian team currently occupies the top position in the ICC Test Rankings and is at the fourth position in the T20Is. South Africa occupies the third position in the T20I rankings and is at the third position in Test Rankings. Since the Indian team is experimenting with the young players the team must be extra careful while playing against the Proteas.

Ind vs SA 2019 PayTM Series

Indian team comprises of the like Virat Kohli (C), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Lokesh Rahul, Manish Pandey, Ravindra Jadeja, Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar, Navdeep Saini, Deepak Chahar, etc., are a part of the T20 team. The test squad hadn’t been announced yet. Young Players like Washington Sundar, Krunal Pandya, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, etc., have been selected in the team and stand a chance to be in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2020.

South African T20 team constitutes of players like Quinton De Kock (C), Rassie van der Dussen, Temba Bavuma, Reeza Hendricks, David Miller, Andile Phehlukwayo, Dwaine Pretorius, Kagiso Rabada, Tabraiz Shamsi, Anrich Nortje, etc. The test squad will be led by Faf Du Plessis and includes players like Aiden Markram, Dean Elgar, Vernon Philander, Heinrich Klaasen, Keshav Maharaj, Lungi Ngidi, Dane Piedt, along with Quinton De Kock, Kagiso Rabada, Temba Bavuma, Anrich Nortje, etc.

The first T20 is scheduled on 15th September with the second scheduled on 18th and the third on 22nd September. The Test Matches will take place from 2nd to 6th October, 10th to 14th October, and 19th to 23rd October. The matches will be streamed live on various Satellite Networks like Star Sports, DD Sports in India, International Streaming services like Hostar, YuppTV, etc. The T20s will begin at 07:00 PM IST and the Test matches will begin at 09:30 AM IST.
